Wholesale Terms & Conditions

General Terms of Agreement

To qualify for wholesale purchases, you must be a valid retail business with the correct authorisation & licenses required to be able to sell products in the UK and or international markets. By agreeing to our terms and conditions you certify that you are such. No responsibility is taken by The Social Club London for incorrect practice by the buyer. You are only authorised to sell through the online store and retail store that you have listed. Secondary stores, or additional avenues of sale must receive prior written approval. The Seller takes no third-party sales responsibility.

All sales made by The Social Club London to you are governed by these Terms & Conditions of Sales unless otherwise indicated by Seller in writing.

The Seller reserves the right to amend or modify these Terms and Conditions of sales at any time at its sole discretion. Seller shall not accept Buyer’s purchase orders unless and until Buyer consents to these Terms and conditions of sales and completes the Wholesale Agreement.

These Terms and Conditions of sale as set forth in this document will govern all transactions between the Buyer and Seller. These Terms and Conditions of Sales also apply to all future transactions unless modified in writing signed by both Seller and Buyer.

Wholesale Application Approval

All applications made for wholesale opportunities will be closely reviewed within 48 hours of submission. Accounts approved will be notified by email and access will be given immediately to enable orders. 

Please note: Accounts will NOT be approved if there is already a stockist of The Social Club London in the town of application, and you will be notified by email.

Order Requirements

All orders placed by the Buyer must be made via the Sellers website www.thesocialclub.shop following registration and approval of a wholesale account unless agreed in writing by the Seller.  All orders placed by the Buyer are subject to Seller’s acceptance. Seller hereby reserves the right to reject any order in whole or in part.  

Packaging & Shipping

All packing & shipping costs to be covered in whole by the buyer. When an order is placed on the website there is a fixed shipping rate in order to process the order, should this rate be increased upon confirmation of shipping courier, the outstanding cost will be outlined in the Order Invoice sent to you pre-despatch once an order has been placed. Any outstanding shipping costs need to be paid in full before an order is despatched. 

Order Details

There is a minimum order value of £250.

Please note that should an order be placed for any item that is not available we will advise on a similar product and sizes available. 

If there is demand for a product that is out of stock or a requirement for an exclusive product to be produced, we would be happy to discuss requirements with you. The lead time on these items would be advised following initial request written by email. 

All orders are pre-orders unless stock is available in the warehouse and will take approx. 4-6 weeks for production. Once items are received by The Social Club from our manufacturer they will be dispatched within 72 hours. 

Product Packaging

All products will be sent in their original bags to minimize the risk of creasing – please could this packaging be removed for display purposes within the store, the  bags should never be presented to a customer. 

The Social Club London swing tags will be included in your order and will need to be applied directly by your team to each product.

POS

You will also be sent a window sticker with your order subject to availability should you wish to apply one to your shop front. 

Limitation of Liability

The Seller shall not be liable for any damages to the product that occur during transit.  All goods will be packaged securely to limit any possible damage caused by courier transit.  

Pricing

Please refer to the product page to review stock pricing and recommended retail price per product. Please note direct customers buying directly from The Social Club London website also incur a postal fee of £4.95 per order within the UK.

The Social Club London reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time & will provide in written notice. Any orders in flight will be honoured at the current prices.

Payment information

Orders must be pre-paid; we are not able to offer credit or dispatch orders without full payment. You will be emailed the order confirmation and order creation will be commenced upon full payment. Orders may be cancelled or amended within 24 hours of order placement subject to agreement between both parties.

We accept payments online only unless otherwise agreed by Seller.

Cancellation and Amendment of Wholesale Agreement

The Social Club London reserves the right to terminate agreement with 60 days notice provided in writing. The Buyer may also terminate agreement with written notice.
