Delivery

We aim to post ALL orders within 48 hours of the order being placed.

Delivery is a flat rate of £4.95 on all UK orders and always sent via 1st Class post.

For worldwide delivery we have two flat rate costs available:

Europe: £10

ROW: £20

Please include a contact telephone number for all international orders as we will need this to process your shipping with the couriers. 

Please note any taxes/duties etc will need to be paid directly by you in your local market.

Returns & Exchanges

Our returns policy is valid for 14 days from dispatch date providing the garment is returned in its original condition including any tags and packaging (if it is still useable). If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange unless there was a proven delay in your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it.

To request a return or exchange please contact us with your full name and order number. Once received our return address details will be sent to you by email. 

Once your return has been received, it will be reviewed and if approved we will issue you with a full refund to your original format of payment or an item exchange as requested assuming sizes are in stock within 3 days of receipt. 

When making an exchange or return please make sure you obtain proof of postage of any item being returned as we cannot be held responsible for any lost orders/parcels.
